Het bezit van een bajonet is in principe niet verboden.
Wel is het in principe verboden om een bajonet op de openbare weg of andere voor het publiek toegankelijke plaats bij u te hebben.

Dit verbod geldt niet als de betrokkende 18 jaar of ouder is en het wapen zodanig is verpakt dat het niet onmiddellijk kan worden gebruikt.

Voor nadere inlichtingen kunt u zich wenden tot de afdeling Bijzondere Wetten van de politie in uw regio.
